The GC8 V1 marks the beginning of Subaru’s rally-bred legacy – the very first iteration of the WRX that laid the foundation for decades of turbocharged, all-wheel-drive performance.
This example has been extensively and thoughtfully built, featuring a 2.2L stroked flat-four using an HKS Stroker Kit on a V4 STI block, paired with a GReddy T67 turbocharger for serious power potential. Stopping power is handled by a Subaru Brembo brake setup, with 4-pot calipers up front and 2-pot rears.
